Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) govern the paid subscription services (“Subscription”) offered on PopularReels (“the Service”). By clicking “Subscribe”, “Pay” or any equivalent button and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
0. Definitions
- Billing cycle: the recurring period (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly) for which your Subscription is charged.
- Auto-renewal: at the end of each billing cycle, your payment method will be automatically charged to renew the Subscription for the next cycle, unless you cancel beforehand.
- Payment processor: Stripe, Inc., which processes all card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link payments on our behalf. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Member benefits: the unlocked content and features included with your Subscription, as displayed on the purchase page at the time of checkout.
1. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically by default. To ensure uninterrupted access, Stripe will attempt to charge your saved payment method shortly before the current billing cycle ends. Once payment succeeds, the Subscription period and member benefits are extended for the next cycle. Charge timing may vary slightly depending on your card issuer or payment method.
You must agree to these Terms before initiating payment. We do not allow checkout to proceed without acceptance.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund or shorten the current paid cycle — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Self-service portal: open your account on PopularReels and use the “Manage subscription” link, which routes to a secure Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel, update your card, or view invoices.
- Email request: write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, and we will cancel on your behalf.
- Apple / Google in-app purchases: if you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel inside that store (Settings → Subscriptions). We cannot cancel store-managed subscriptions on your behalf.
If you cancel very close to the next renewal date, a charge may already be in flight; in that case the outcome depends on your payment processor’s rules.
3. Pricing & service
Subscription prices are displayed on the checkout page and are charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices may change for future billing cycles; we will notify you before any price increase takes effect, and you may cancel before the new price applies. Any promotional price, discount, or limited-time offer applies only as described on the page where it is offered.
Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar levies may be added at checkout, depending on your billing country.
4. Refunds & disputes
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal where it has not been waived for digital content already accessed). If you believe you were charged in error, double-billed, or did not receive the benefits you paid for, contact [email protected] first — we typically resolve issues within a few business days.
If you raise a chargeback with your card issuer, the disputed transaction may be frozen and your account access suspended until the dispute is resolved. Please keep your payment confirmation and screenshots so we can help you faster.
5. Subscription records & notifications
Within the Service we may show your active subscription, renewal date, and payment history so you can keep track of your status. Email receipts are sent by Stripe to the address on file after each successful charge. These records are informational; the authoritative source for billing is Stripe.

7. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and where required by law we will notify you in advance. Continuing to use the Subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
